Your rights as a data subject

You can exercise the following rights at any time using the contact details of our data protection officer provided below:

  • Information about your data stored with us and its processing (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • Correction of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • Deletion of your data stored with us (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • Restriction of data processing if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • Right to object to the processing of your data by us (Art. 21 GDPR) and
  • Data portability, provided you have consented to the data processing or have entered into a contract with us (Art. 20 GDPR).

If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.

You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time, e.g., with the competent supervisory authority of the federal state where you live or with the authority responsible for us as the data controller.

Contact form

Type and purpose of processing:

The data you enter will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. A valid email address and your name are required for this. This information is used to assign and subsequently answer your inquiry. Providing further information is optional.

Legal basis:

The processing of the data entered into the contact form is based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

By providing this contact form, we aim to make it easy for you to get in touch with us. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and for any follow-up questions.

If you contact us to request a quote, the data entered into the contact form will be processed for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Recipient:

Recipients of the data may include data processors.

Storage duration:

Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the request has been processed.

If a contractual relationship is established, we are subject to the statutory retention periods under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and will delete your data after these periods have expired.

Provision required or necessary:

Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your request if you provide us with your name, email address, and the reason for your inquiry.

SSL encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

Consent Tool

The legal basis for processing personal data in this context is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the management of the cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents.

Providing your personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for entering into a contract. You are not obligated to provide your personal data. If you do not provide your personal data, we will be unable to manage your consent.

Case-specific right of objection

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR (processing based on legitimate interests); this also applies to profiling based on those provisions as defined in Article 4(4) of the GDPR.

If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
